Eric d'Assan KOFFI trained as a social worker and holds a degree in Public Law and a Certificate of Expertise in Gender Engineering from the UNESCO Chair "Water, Women and Decision-Making Power" (CUEFPOD).

Now a national consultant in gender and development, he is in charge of internal monitoring and evaluation and documentation, as well as being a consultant with the firm GECED (Gender, Competitiveness and Sustainable Development)
