PROMOTION OF GENDER EQUALITY IN BUSINESS: THE UNESCO CHAIR AND THE IVORY HUMAN RESOURCES NETWORK JOIN

On April 4, 2024, the UNESCO CHAIR Water, Women and Decision-making Power (EFPOD) headed by its Holder, Minister Euphrasie Kouassi YAO and the Ivorian Network of Human Resources Managers (RIGH) represented by its president, Mr. Souleymane Soro, signed a partnership agreement at the Chair's headquarters in Cocody. The objective of this partnership according to the holder of the UNESCO EFPOD chair, is to combine their strengths and skills, resources and assets in order to strengthen and accelerate the consideration of the gender approach in all spheres of each company in Côte d'Ivoire. d'Ivoire in order to fully contribute to the objectives of the National Development Plan 2021-2025.

Invited to take part in this ceremony, as part of its actions to deploy the GECE Label (Gender and Competitiveness of Businesses) within companies, the GECED firm, during the discussions, recalled this totally innovative approach to contribute to competitiveness companies through a gender approach.
