C\u2019est ce geste que viennent de poser la Chaire UNESCO Eau, Femmes et Pouvoir de D\u00e9cisions et l\u2019Association africaine des formateurs et directeurs de personnel \u00e0 travers la ratification d\u2019une convention de partenariat ce vendredi au Radison Blu.Ce partenariat qui \u00ab vise \u00e0 doter l\u2019Afrique de ressources humaines comp\u00e9tentes et qualifi\u00e9es afin d\u2019assurer la performance des entreprises et le progr\u00e8s de l\u2019Afrique dans un environnement propice \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances entre les hommes et les femmes \u00bb, boostera les activit\u00e9s de l\u00b4AFDIP. En outre, c\u2019est une opportunit\u00e9 pour l\u2019Association africaine des formateurs et directeurs de personnel de figurer au nombre des organisations qui promeuvent un environnement de travail \u00e9quitable, \u00e9galitaire, prosp\u00e8re et inclusive qui \u0153uvre \u00e0 la performance des entreprises.\u00abLa Chaire UNESCO Eau, Femmes et Pouvoir de D\u00e9cisions voit \u00e0 travers cette convention, une opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019envergure de d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la titulaire de la Chaire, Mme Euphrasie Kouassi Yao. Pour atteindre les objectifs, cette convention s\u2019articulera autour de quatre principaux axes que sont le d\u00e9veloppement du capital humain, le renforcement de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et des capacit\u00e9s des ressources humaines, la promotion aupr\u00e8s des entreprises membres, des programmes et outils d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par la Chaire UNESCO eau, femmes et pouvoir de d\u00e9cisions en mati\u00e8re de genre et la promotion aupr\u00e8s des entreprises membres de toute initiative de nature \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la gestion des ressources humaines.La Chaire UNESCO EFPOD, il faut le rappeler fait la promotion de l\u2019approche genre bas\u00e9e sur les valeurs africaines. Dans ce cadre, elle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 plusieurs programmes et outils en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement, du renforcement des comp\u00e9tences, de la paix et de la solidarit\u00e9 afin d\u2019op\u00e9rationnaliser l\u2019approche genre dont elle fait la promotion active, depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, aupr\u00e8s des entreprises des secteurs Public et Priv\u00e9.Cette convention m\u00e9morable, il faut le dire sera un v\u00e9ritable catalyseur pour les activit\u00e9s de l\u2019AFDIP.
