La participation du Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 ce Webinaire a illustr\u00e9 un engagement fort de son entreprise en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et d\u2019un environnement professionnel plus inclusif.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-7\">Cette rencontre a permis d&rsquo;aborder, en sus de la d\u00e9finition du leadership, les m\u00e9thodes permettant de d\u00e9velopper ses comp\u00e9tences en leadership, de m\u00eame que l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer l&rsquo;approche genre au sein des entreprises et dans divers environnements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-10\">En ce qui concerne l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de l&rsquo;approche genre dans les entreprises, il est essentiel de souligner qu\u2019elle permet non seulement de promouvoir l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, mais aussi de stimuler l&rsquo;innovation et la performance organisationnelle tout en tirant parti des talents et perspectives vari\u00e9s. De plus, une approche sensible au genre contribue \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un environnement de travail respectueux et \u00e9quitable, ce qui renforce la motivation et l&rsquo;engagement des collaborateurs. L\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019approche genre dans les entreprises est donc un imp\u00e9ratif pour une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus \u00e9galitaire car selon les Nations Unies, si rien n\u2019est fait, il faudra 140 ans pour atteindre une repr\u00e9sentation \u00e9gale dans les positions hi\u00e9rarchiques et de leadership en milieu professionnel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-13\">Dans le cadre des \u00e9changes avec les participants, Mme Gis\u00e8le HARDING a mis un point d\u2019honneur sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une transformation des mentalit\u00e9s et d\u2019actions concr\u00e8tes pour garantir aux femmes les m\u00eames opportunit\u00e9s de r\u00e9ussite que leurs homologues masculins afin de parvenir \u00e0 leur autonomisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-16\">\u00c0 titre \u00e9vocatif, le th\u00e8me mondial de la Journ\u00e9e internationale des droits des femmes 2025, d\u00e9fini par les Nations Unies, est \u00ab Pour TOUTES les femmes et les filles : droits, \u00e9galit\u00e9 et autonomisation \u00bb.
