{"id":1606,"date":"2025-03-20T11:24:07","date_gmt":"2025-03-20T10:24:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geced.org\/?p=1606"},"modified":"2025-03-20T11:24:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T10:24:08","slug":"inclusion-et-emploi-les-entreprises-privees-de-cote-divoire-mobilisees-pour-linsertion-des-personnes-en-situation-de-handicap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geced.org\/en\/inclusion-et-emploi-les-entreprises-privees-de-cote-divoire-mobilisees-pour-linsertion-des-personnes-en-situation-de-handicap\/","title":{"rendered":"Inclusion et Emploi : Les Entreprises Priv\u00e9es de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire mobilis\u00e9es pour l\u2019insertion des Personnes en Situation de Handicap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"gtfy-1\">Abidjan, le 18 mars 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-4\">Le Cabinet Genre, Comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des Entreprises et D\u00e9veloppement Durable (GECED), a marqu\u00e9 de sa pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 l\u2019atelier strat\u00e9gique de sensibilisation sur l\u2019insertion professionnelle des personnes en situation de handicap organis\u00e9e par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Entreprises de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire (CGECI). Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni des dirigeant.e.s d\u2019entreprises, des responsables RH et des acteurs\/actrices institutionnel.le.s pour \u00e9changer sur les mesures l\u00e9gislatives, institutionnelles et les bonnes pratiques \u00e0 adopter en faveur de l\u2019emploi des personnes en situation de handicap.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-7\">En effet, la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Emploi a d\u00e9nombr\u00e9 en 2024, 6500 travailleur.euse.s en situation de handicap dans les entreprises priv\u00e9es de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire qui emploient autour de 975 000 travailleurs, soit seulement 0,7% des effectifs des travailleur.euse.s d\u00e9clar\u00e9.e.s. Or, les personnes en situation de handicap sont environ 500 000, selon le RGPH de 2021. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance pour le secteur priv\u00e9 d\u2019adopter une approche inclusive en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-10\">Cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans la vision du Cabinet GECED, celle de b\u00e2tir des entreprises performantes et inclusives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-13\"><strong>Un cadre r\u00e9glementaire \u00e0 vulgariser&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-16\">L\u2019atelier a mis en lumi\u00e8re les diff\u00e9rents textes l\u00e9gislatifs en vigueur r\u00e9gissant l\u2019insertion des personnes en situation d\u2019handicap notamment :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19\">&#8211; La loi n\u00b098-594 du 10 novembre 1998 oriente la politique d\u2019insertion des personnes handicap\u00e9es ;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-22\">&#8211; Le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02018-456 du 9 mai 2018 impose aux entreprises priv\u00e9es un quota de recrutements de personnes en situation de handicap ;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-25\">&#8211; Le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02023-88 du 15 f\u00e9vrier 2023, institue un Fonds d\u2019Insertion Professionnelle des Personnes en Situation de Handicap (FIPPSH) pour faciliter leur acc\u00e8s et maintien dans l\u2019emploi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-28\">Ces r\u00e9glementations, bien que progressistes, restent encore m\u00e9connues de nombreux employeurs, rendant essentiel ce type d\u2019initiative de sensibilisation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full gtfy-31\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/geced.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-03-20-at-09.21.11.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1608\" srcset=\"https:\/\/geced.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-03-20-at-09.21.11.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/geced.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-03-20-at-09.21.11-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/geced.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-03-20-at-09.21.11-18x12.jpeg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-34\"><strong>Sensibiliser pour mieux int\u00e9grer&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-37\">\u00c0 travers des \u00e9changes constructifs et des interventions d\u2019experts, l\u2019atelier a permis de :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list gtfy-43\">\n<li class=\"gtfy-40 gutenify-list-item\">Sensibiliser les entreprises sur leurs obligations l\u00e9gales et les avantages d\u2019une politique inclusive ;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-41 gutenify-list-item\">Pr\u00e9senter les dispositifs d\u2019accompagnement existants comme le COTOREP (Commission Technique d\u2019Orientation et de Reclassement Professionnel des personnes en situation de handicap dans le secteur priv\u00e9) et le FIPPSH ;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gtfy-42 gutenify-list-item\">Encourager les entreprises \u00e0 respecter les quotas d\u2019emploi et \u00e0 contribuer activement au fonds d\u2019insertion.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-46\">Un engagement r\u00e9el du secteur priv\u00e9 pour d\u00e9passer la simple obligation l\u00e9gale et b\u00e2tir un environnement professionnel plus \u00e9quitable appara\u00eet alors comme un imp\u00e9ratif.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-49\"><strong>Vers une inclusion plus effective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-52\">L\u2019atelier s\u2019est cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 avec un appel \u00e0 l\u2019action des parties prenantes afin d\u2019intensifier les efforts en mati\u00e8re d\u2019insertion professionnelle des personnes en situation de handicap.
