{"id":1630,"date":"2025-05-16T12:06:52","date_gmt":"2025-05-16T10:06:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geced.org\/?p=1630"},"modified":"2025-05-16T16:46:51","modified_gmt":"2025-05-16T14:46:51","slug":"lapproche-genre-impact-sur-leducation-et-lemploi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geced.org\/en\/lapproche-genre-impact-sur-leducation-et-lemploi\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019approche genre, impact sur l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et l&#8217;emploi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"gtfy-1\">Le jeudi 15 mai 2025 \u00e0 Impact Lab sis \u00e0 la Commission de l&rsquo;UNESCO, Mme Gis\u00e8le HARDING, Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Cabinet Genre, Comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des Entreprises et D\u00e9veloppement Durable, a anim\u00e9 une formation d\u2019une grande port\u00e9e sociale sur le th\u00e8me : \u00ab L\u2019approche genre, impact sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation et l\u2019emploi \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-4\">&nbsp;Cette rencontre a permis de revisiter les fondements de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes, les gar\u00e7ons et les filles, tout en mettant en lumi\u00e8re les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s soci\u00e9tales et \u00e9conomiques qui continuent de freiner l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019un monde v\u00e9ritablement inclusif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-7\">L\u2019approche genre : une lecture sociale des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-10\">Contrairement \u00e0 une conception fig\u00e9e des r\u00f4les attribu\u00e9s aux hommes et aux<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-13\">femmes, l\u2019approche genre propose une analyse dynamique des rapports sociaux des hommes et des femmes. Elle interroge les structures, normes et pratiques qui produisent et reproduisent les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s dans divers domaines, notamment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-16\">l\u2019\u00e9ducation et l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19\">Cette approche ne vise pas une simple neutralit\u00e9 entre les sexes, mais une justice sociale fond\u00e9e sur deux outils essentiels : l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 garantir les m\u00eames droits et opportunit\u00e9s \u00e0 tous, sans distinction de sexe, d\u2019origine ou de condition. Ce cadre d\u2019analyse b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un solide ancrage juridique : la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire a ratifi\u00e9 plusieurs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-38\">instruments internationaux en la mati\u00e8re, dont la Convention sur l\u2019\u00e9limination de toutes les formes de discrimination \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des femmes (CEDEF). Le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi illustre cr\u00fbment les obstacles que rencontrent les femmes, en d\u00e9pit de leurs comp\u00e9tences et de leurs performances. En 2022, on ne recensait que 4 000 femmes cheffes d\u2019entreprises, contre plus de 18 000 hommes. Ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre traduit l\u2019existence de freins structurels : st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes, discriminations, acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux financements et aux r\u00e9seaux, qu\u2019il devient urgent de lever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-50\">Une exigence de transformation syst\u00e9mique<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-53\">L\u2019approche genre n\u2019est donc pas un concept abstrait. C\u2019est un outil strat\u00e9gique pour repenser nos politiques publiques, r\u00e9former nos pratiques institutionnelles et<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-56\">transformer nos mentalit\u00e9s. En int\u00e9grant la perspective de genre dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration et la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques \u00e9ducatives et \u00e9conomiques, la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire pourra progresser vers une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus juste, plus solidaire et plus comp\u00e9titive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-59\">En d\u00e9finitive, comme l\u2019a soulign\u00e9 Mme Gis\u00e8le HARDING, sacr\u00e9e Champions act for youth ce jour pour son engagement pour la formation des jeunes ;\u00a0 l\u2019approche genre est une solution.
