Eric KOFFI<\/strong>, Expert-formateur en genre, s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre d\u2019un accompagnement structur\u00e9 visant \u00e0 consolider l\u2019int\u00e9gration du genre au c\u0153ur de la gouvernance, des orientations strat\u00e9giques et des interventions programmatiques de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-7\"><strong>Une mobilisation institutionnelle exemplaire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-10\">Cette session ayant r\u00e9uni pr\u00e8s d\u2019une cinquantaine de participant.e.s, en pr\u00e9sentiel et en ligne, a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence effective de la Directrice Ex\u00e9cutive, Dr OFFIA- COULIBALY Madiarra, celle de membres du Conseil d\u2019administration et du comit\u00e9 de direction ainsi que du personnel. Ce qui traduit une volont\u00e9 institutionnelle claire et un engagement collectif fort, d\u2019inscrire l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances entre les hommes et les femmes dans le fonctionnement de l\u2019ONG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-13\"><strong>Clarifier, structurer, op\u00e9rationnaliser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-16\">Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une approche th\u00e9orique, la formation a privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 une d\u00e9marche m\u00e9thodique, participative et orient\u00e9e r\u00e9sultats gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019identification des leviers d\u2019am\u00e9lioration pour renforcer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et l\u2019impact des projets et programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19\">L\u2019objectif est clair : faire du genre non pas une exigence formelle, mais un <strong>levier strat\u00e9gique de performance organisationnelle et de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 durable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-22\"><strong>Des retours r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-25\">Les t\u00e9moignages des participant.e.s illustrent la pertinence et la valeur ajout\u00e9e de la session :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-28\">\u00ab Il faudrait renouveler ce type de formation, j&rsquo;ai beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. \u00bb<br>\u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-31\">\u00ab J&rsquo;ai \u00e9norm\u00e9ment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les outils du genre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Ils sont factuels. \u00bb<br>\u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-34\">Ces retours confirment l\u2019importance d\u2019un accompagnement technique rigoureux pour structurer une d\u00e9marche genre mesurable et transformative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-37\"><strong>Une dynamique positive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-40\">Le Cabinet GECED se r\u00e9jouit d\u2019accompagner une
